Yes, you read that right Mindfunfulness.

I have been practicing meditation for a couple of decades and noticed that it often turns into quite a struggle and therefore sometimes even oppressive.

I think that being, however, is deep down a good being and joy of life. How to get back to it? Mindfunfulness leads us to wonder about joy, good feeling and what is holding us back. The meditation practice is gentle and respectful of the participant.

Mindfunfulness meditation can be combined with a lecture.
